2 Timothy 3:16 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed.” Could we say that even the translations of the Bible are God-breathed? Were the authors of the Bible God-breathed?

2 Timothy 3:16 says all Scripture is given by inspiration of God. I have heard that some verses in the Bible (like the story of the woman taken in adultery in John 8:2-11) were not originally written by the inspired writers of the Bible. Why were they added then? Secondly, in the Gospels, where Jesus was all alone, how did His disciples know about those instances if they were absent?

Scripture tells us to do the work of an evangelist in 2nd Timothy 4:5. How can I properly share the Gospel with others without forcing it upon them and perhaps hardening their hearts? Is it best to visit with people for a while before presenting the Gospel or giving them a Gospel tract?
