I have a family member that suffers greatly from epilepsy. She could have up to 5 seizures a day. She is only 12 years old. Is the boy healed in Matthew 17, Mark 9, and Luke 9 the same boy? We have prayed and fasted for her deliverance but she is still not healed. What else could be hindering the deliverance?

I was reading Revelation 2 and noticed the condemnation to those who “eat things sacrificed to idols”. It’s something that in the Acts was agreed upon by the church leaders that the newly saved members should avoid. Is this something different to what Paul is teaching in 1 Corinthians about eating foods offered to idols?

2 Timothy 3:16 says all Scripture is given by inspiration of God. I have heard that some verses in the Bible (like the story of the woman taken in adultery in John 8:2-11) were not originally written by the inspired writers of the Bible. Why were they added then? Secondly, in the Gospels, where Jesus was all alone, how did His disciples know about those instances if they were absent?
