So many Pastors do nothing but get up on Sunday mornings and preach and leave a congregation floundering around during the week. I know the Bible speaks of the lost sheep and the one found (Luke 15:4-7) but what about the discipling and nurturing of those same sheep? Does the Pastor have that responsibility or does that come from the sheep themselves to nurture each other.
