Most people say today that spanking is wrong and harmful. I know I was spanked when I was growing up. Do you think it is wrong to spank our children?

Is drinking beer, wine, or any alcohol a sin? I have read scripture about drunkenness and drunkards will not enter the kingdom of heaven, but what about the limit or strength of alcohol? And please explain when Jesus turned water into wine. It wasn’t actual wine was it? It was grape juice, right? I know back in those days doesn’t mean the same now days. So just checking!

It wasn’t too long after our wedding that I realized that my husband was not a Christian. After two years of staying together, neither one of us is happy in our marriage. I can tell he doesn’t love me. I know I made a big mistake when I married him. Can I divorce my husband or do I have to stay in a bad marriage for the rest of my life? What about annulment?

I have tried to clearly see what the Bible says about when a father abuses a child and the law does not support the child. What recourse does that child have when according to the law they still have to be with that father?

I don’t think you fully answered the question about living in an abusive marriage. If you are being abused, does the Lord expect you to stay with your husband?

As a Christian, I find myself tempted to do the things I did before I got saved. I thought after being saved, those temptations would go away.

I understand how bad divorce is, but does God want you to be mistreated or abused? If God is not in it, it will not work! Should you force someone to stay with you? God forgives!

I have a couple of “friends” on Facebook who clearly do not live a Christian lifestyle. They are at the nightclubs every weekend. They curse and swear, and are very much into the partying lifestyle. But when they have a problem in their lives, they are on FB asking for prayers. I try not to be judgmental, but how do I help this person that I hardly know? We all will have our problems in life, but how do I tell them to change their lifestyle if they want the Lord in their life?

Can a marriage be restored after 10 years separation? The husband is living with his girlfriend and the wife is now walking in Christ. I am praying so diligently and with courage God will restore my family back. I HAVE HOPE. I tried looking for stories of marriages in the bible.

Is it right for cousins who are married to other people to lay and act like they are lovers? When I said it is wrong they made out like I was dirty. They also go out to eat a lot alone and hold each other’s hands. I have been with my husband for 15 years and this just started about 3 years ago. Her dad is the preacher and makes all the rules. He brags about how older men are interested in his daughter.

Matthew 12:33 states “the tree is known by his fruit.” I take this to mean that for those whom truly are the Lord’s, there will be some sort of “evidence” or fruit that will indicate their actual beliefs and lifestyle instead of just a general profession of faith. I have been to a variety of weddings in my life; when I was younger and just recently, before and after being saved. Many of the couples were dear Christian people, many seem to be professing Christians and many made no mention of Christ at any point before, during or after the wedding. Although one could go into much detail about marriage or a wedding ceremony; I am curious about what an ideal Christian wedding “reception” may include.

What do you do when you know God can’t change you? What do you do when you have demons in you? What do you do when you’re tired of making choices? How do you love? Because I don’t know what love is. I feel Satan has overcome me and sometimes there are voices in my head. What do you do when you feel like you can’t go on any longer without Jesus but he won’t take your life and how do you open your heart to him when you can’t? Does anyone know the answers and can anyone help me and pray for me?
